Our project actually caters to all individuals, because doesn’t everyone face a hair challenge every once in a while?

"I think Julia and her It's a Wrap is a highly sophisticated design organization. Julia uses beautiful clothes and her wrap are simply explosive in design. Some of Julia's wraps are definitely not for the timid. They are for women that believe they are worthy, beautiful and revelant. For the more timid ask Julia to pick out quite styles and colors that would much better suite their personality. I always ♥ for Julia to staff one of my events. She brings color, beauty and self awareness to any event."
